Not looking good in B.C right now as the town of Osoyoos also known as Richter Creek is under fire. The B.C. Wildfire Service says the new fire is human caused, after a vehicle fire spread to nearby grass. Within 24 hours, it expanded first to 15 hectares, then to 80 hectares, then to 250 hectares by Tuesday morning (May 14th). By end of day Tuesday, it had reached 400 hectares in size.
